Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Hatch is on a mission to help people get their best sleep by developing smart sleep devices and original content. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team.

In Short

• Manage revenue financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
• Drive automation in planning and reporting.
• Deliver financial modeling and analytics for long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Support M&A and capital raise processes.
• Work cross-functionally across the organization.
• Experience in subscription revenue models is a plus.
• 4+ years of FP&A or data analysis experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Requirements

• 4+ years of FP&A / Operations Finance experience.
• Advanced Excel technical capabilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting Marketing and D2C Sales departments.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience collaborating with C-Suite stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a bonus.
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
