As a Harvest Expert, you will help customers maximize their use of Harvest's products, providing support and insights while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant customer support experience.
  • Experience working in a remote environment for at least one year.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, GSuite, and help desk software.
  • Strong reading comprehension and flawless writing skills.
  • Ability to de-escalate tense situations with customers.
  • Reliable and consistent in work output and time management.
  • Curiosity and attention to detail in customer interactions.
  • Adaptable to change and new approaches in problem-solving.
