Overview

The Online Learning Fellow position at Harvard University involves supporting faculty in creating online learning experiences, focusing on course design and development for the fully-online Ed.M. degree.

Requirements

• Advanced coursework or experience in education technology.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with HTML and learning management systems.
• Teaching experience, preferably online.
• Fluency in using GenAI tools for education.
• Available for occasional evening work.
• Must be a 2025 HGSE Ed.M. graduate.
• Must meet work location sponsorship requirements.
