Overview

The Bloomberg Center for Cities seeks a highly organized and dynamic Manager, Systems & Technology to oversee the suite of systems and tools that enable the success of our team and faculty, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of internal systems, software, and technology services.

In Short

• Oversee systems administration and user management.
• Provide Salesforce support and perform admin-level tasks.
• Manage IT asset procurement and inventory.
• Support operational systems and workflows.
• Collaborate on IT projects and emerging technologies.
• Maintain technical documentation and generate performance reports.
• Provide first-rate technical support to staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other enterprise software.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT support processes and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
