Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Preferred experience with companion animals.
• Experience with customer response databases preferred.
