Overview

Hanna Andersson is seeking a passionate and driven Art Director to join our in-house photography team, focusing on creating product assets and seasonal brand guides.

In Short

• Oversee product photography and styled flats within the in-house photo team.
• Concept and art direct styled flat photography in partnership with the studio team.
• Collaborate with photographers, retouchers, and designers for content creation.
• Work with brand marketing and channel owners for visually aligned campaigns.
• Support the VP of Creative in conceptualizing seasonal photo shoots.
• Ensure adherence to style guides and improve creative processes.
• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in photo art direction and commercial photography.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with still-life styling for product-focused photography.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Highly organized with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent creative and conceptualization skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Flexible and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working in environments that include babies and children.
