Overview

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our distributed recruitment team at Hamilton Recruitment, specializing in recruiting qualified professionals in the Financial Services sector for the Caribbean & Bermuda region.

In Short

• Work remotely with flexible hours.
• Commission-only position with potential earnings of US$6-10,000 per month.
• Manage resourcing assignments from start to conclusion.

Requirements

• Significant experience in professional permanent placements in recruitment.
• Preference for candidates with Financial Services sector expertise.
• Self-driven and able to work effectively.
• Organized and professional with strong communication skills.
• Commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
• Provide own laptop or desktop with Microsoft Office.
• Friendly and proactive attitude.
