Overview

HackerOne is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused leader to join our global Community Team as Senior Manager, Hacker Success Program. In this leadership role, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Hacker Success functions - driving meaningful engagement with our ethical hacker community; monitoring their success, support and advocacy both on and off-platform.

• Drive Strategy: Set the vision and roadmap for the Hacker Success function, aligning with company goals and community growth.
• Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a global team of Hacker Success Managers.
• Support the Researcher Community: Oversee dedicated support and growth development.
• Oversee our Hacker Advisory Board: Manage insights to drive product and program investments.
• Partner Cross-functionally: Maintain relationships with product operations and customer success teams.
• Drive Customer Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
• Leverage Data: Use insights and performance metrics to guide strategy.
• Be a Trusted Voice: Advocate for hackers and represent the community.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and scale a team.
• Experience defining departmental strategy and delivery models.
• 8+ years of customer service or community experience in the security industry.
• Self-directed, action-oriented individual.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
