Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications or related field.
• Strong writing and narrative development skills.
• People-first mindset with emotional intelligence.
• Experience in employer branding or talent marketing.
• Proven track record in company-wide communications.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Experience shaping workplace strategy is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
