Requirements

• Experience with SSO protocols and enterprise identity tools.
• Experience with integrations and automations using tools like Workato.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Passion for customer service and stakeholder empathy.
• Strong security understanding.
• Proven track record of impact across the company.
• Excellent communication skills.
