• Basic Salary of £25,000 Per year

• Support supervisors and advisers by carrying out sales quality checks on mortgage and protection cases submitted by new advisers.
• Ensure all cases meet internal advice standards and record-keeping requirements.
• Provide support, training and coaching to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the fraud team to review cases with potential fraud indicators.
• Regular attendance at team meetings to provide updates and training on sales quality.
• Support the Learning and Development team by delivering induction training.

Requirements

• Full CeMap qualification or equivalent
• Previous file checking experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience of fraud investigation and complaints desirable
• Previous supervisory / management experience desirable
• Previous sales experience desirable
• IT literate – Excel, Word and bespoke FS systems
