Overview

This role as a Buyer at Kraft Heinz offers an opportunity to grow your Procurement experience in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for strategy development and execution in sourcing and managing supplier relationships.

In Short

• Own the strategy development for the Commercial/Corporate spend portfolio.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage a small team of Senior Buyers.
• Drive value and savings through category management.
• Engage stakeholders for strategy implementation.
• Lead supplier relationship management programs.
• Monitor supplier performance and execute KPI audits.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Uphold company values and compliance with policies.
• Work in a hybrid model with flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and procurement systems.
• Experience in negotiation and contract development.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Highly resilient with a strong work ethic.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
