Overview

The Senior Analyst – FP&A role at Kraft Heinz Mexico is essential for supporting the financial planning, reporting, and performance processes of the Global Capability Center. This position involves ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial operations while partnering with various teams to provide financial insights.

In Short

• Support monthly financial closes, including accruals and reclassifications.
• Execute financial close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and post manual journal entries.
• Develop and consolidate monthly forecasts.
• Analyze spend performance and identify risks.
• Partner with leads to validate financial inputs.
• Prepare financial deliverables for leadership reviews.
• Assist in CapEx planning and tracking.
• Develop financial models and sensitivity analyses.
• Leverage SAP, Excel, and Power BI for reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or financial controlling.
• Proficiency in financial closing activities.
• Strong understanding of forecasting and expense tracking.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in consumer goods is desirable.
