In Short

• Design high-performance statics & carousels (Meta, Pinterest, Google Display).
• Layout advertorials & UGC designs: transform raw creator content into clickable image ads.
• Develop visual hooks & scroll-stoppers: design headlines and key visuals that trigger psychologically.
• Iterate on existing creatives: quick testing of new color schemes, CTA buttons, and layout variants based on data.
• Design sales assets: create psychologically optimized landing page elements and brand assets.
• Utilize AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill) for bulk designs.
• Collaborate closely with media buying to translate performance data into new design materials.

Requirements

• Visual stopper: create designs that stop thumbs and increase CTR.
• Tool expert: proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and modern design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Click psychologist: understand visual hierarchy and typography.
• Results over credentials: work samples and case studies are more important than your resume.
• Iterative mindset: work quickly and structured, love the process of design → test → feedback → optimization.
• E-Com native (plus): experience with direct response design, Meta ads, or in the e-commerce field is a plus.
