Overview

As a GuidePoint Security Project Manager, you will manage a unique portfolio of security-focused Professional Services engagements that contribute directly to our client’s goals and success.

In Short

• Manage Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle.
• Ensure timely communication to all stakeholders.
• Manage project issues and risks.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure deliverables are met.
• Plan and manage resources to meet project scope and budget.
• Maintain project data in OpenAir PSA application.
• Provide Project Management services in a professional capacity.
• Adhere to GuidePoint Security Core Values.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Jira, OpenAir, and Salesforce.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for formal deliverables.
• Understanding of information security terms and disciplines.
