In Short

• Support the day-to-day management of our marketing operations foundation.
• Assist with marketing database, maintaining clean lists and optimizing internal data structure.
• Create and maintain marketing operations documentation and processes.
• Monitor database health and collaborate on data quality initiatives.
• Support management of contacts database for data hygiene and compliance.
• Compile data sources and create reports to drive marketing decisions.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and project management skills.
• Experience with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms like SalesForce and Marketo.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent time management.
