Overview

GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced production Video Editors! This role revolves in creating 8-10 short-form videos daily.

In Short

• Design and edit short-form video content for various channels
• Create 50-70 ads weekly (15 seconds to 1 minute video)
• Maintain brand consistency and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Work from home with flexible hours
• Attend Creative Calls for concept discussions
• Review performance data to optimize content
• Use project management tools like Google Slides
• Comfortable with time-tracking tools
• 3+ years of relevant experience required

Requirements

• 3+ years of video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of pacing, motion, and storytelling
• Attention to detail
• Amenable to working on a US time zone (EST)
• Comfortable using a time-tracker tool (Hubstaff)
