Platform Reliability Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Provide L1 support for 500+ data pipelines, including Revenue Management Pipelines.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure, automation, and monitoring tools to reduce manual efforts and improve incident response times.
• Migrate and support Keboola pipelines while integrating new technologies to improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud Support, Infrastructure, Finance Engineering, Product Teams, and external partners.
• Work in rotational shifts to ensure continuous system reliability and operations.

Requirements

• Strong Software Engineering background with expertise in automation & DevOps.
• Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, managing large-scale data pipelines.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure is a plus).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, etc.).
• Strong Python, Shell Scripting, or other programming language skills.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, Airflow, Keboola, or similar data platforms.
