Overview

The Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant is a client-facing role responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions, focusing on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

In Short

• Client Implementation & Delivery of Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions.
• Participate in discovery and design sessions to gather business requirements.
• Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Support system testing and validation.
• Assist clients with go-live readiness and post-production support.
• Travel up to 20–30% for key client milestones.
• 2–5 years of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking experience required.
• Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
• Remote-first role with flexibility.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking experience.
• Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification preferred.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production support.
• Strong understanding of time tracking and leave policies.
• Ability to work directly with clients and gather requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
