Overview

As a Payroll Coordinator at Barkbus, you'll ensure accurate and timely weekly payroll for our incredible teams of 300+ Pet Stylists, Corporate employees, and Global Contractors.

In Short

• Execution of weekly payroll for 300+ employees and contractors.
• Act as the internal expert regarding Rippling Payroll and related tools.
• Maintain scalable payroll practices and documentation.
• Partner with People Partners to address payroll questions.
• Manage payroll systems for compliant processing of transactions.
• Handle payroll adjustments and off-cycle payments.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Deliver responsive payroll support to employees.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of US payroll processes.
• 4+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.
• Must work Pacific Time hours.
