The Contingent Workforce Client Success Lead will manage the operational delivery of services for a large enterprise client, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and effective communication across teams.

  • Serve as the primary operational lead for client interactions.

  • Manage classification and compliance workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in enterprise workforce programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with VMS platforms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of EOR/AOR workflows.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with operational judgment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with process automation.
  • Global program experience preferred.
  • Experience in improving SOPs and user guides is a plus.
  • CCWP, PHR, or SPHR certifications preferred.
