Utility Interconnection Manager - Remote

Overview

The Utility Interconnection Manager will coordinate, guide and manage utility service connection/interconnection for Greenlane charging facility projects in detailed diligence, pre-construction and construction stages.

In Short

• Develop technical materials for power studies and formal service requests & reservations
• Review and provide critical feedback on service agreements with both third-party suppliers and utilities
• Technical coordination with utilities and engineering firms on service and distribution upgrade design/engineering
• Technical coordination with vendors regarding electrical equipment requirements and specifications
• Coordination with utilities on LCMS to reduce project costs and shorten deployment timeframes
• Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in extensive engineering programs
• Manages programs of complex diversity and scope critical to company objectives
• Act as Greenlane SME in electrical engineering and power management
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering or utility management
• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or applicable work experience
• Agile mindset and ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with disparate teams
