Requirements

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required; CRC preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in risk adjustment or HCC coding.
• Proficient in ICD-10 coding.
• Experience with HEDIS/Stars metrics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
