Product Designer (Mobile UX/UI) - Fintech - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an autonomous Product Designer who excels in both UX and UI to join our mission-driven team at Green-Got. In this role, you will shape the user experience of our mobile-first financial products, driving innovation and growth while maintaining a keen eye on industry trends.

In Short

• Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric mobile experiences for our financial product.
• Proactively identify issues in our current designs and workflows and implement solutions.
• Stay ahead of fintech industry trends and competitor offerings to propose innovative features.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Contribute to our design system and maintain consistent user experiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience in mobile product design with a strong mobile-first portfolio.
• Experience designing for fintech or B2C financial applications preferred.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions autonomously.
• Data-driven approach to design decisions with experience in analytics and user testing.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and comfort with ambiguity.
• Knowledge of industry tools (we use Figma).
