The Lead Curriculum Developer will support the development and maintenance of print and digital curricular materials for a Spanish language curriculum product line that aligns with Great Minds’ mission of serving all students with high-quality, knowledge-building instructional materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience developing bilingual curriculum at the K-6 level.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience developing high-quality K-6 Spanish literacy materials.
• Demonstrated project leadership and coaching experience.
• Deep content knowledge in K-6 Spanish literacy.
• Exceptional writing skills aligned with organizational vision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
