Overview

The Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our internal processes and customer-facing operations at Granicus, a company transforming the Govtech industry.

In Short

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Granicus "lead to cash" process.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using tools like Wrike and Salesforce.
• Continuously improve the CX Ops enablement curriculum.
• Support integration of newly acquired SaaS companies.
• Facilitate internal discovery sessions.
• Author documentation for operational processes.
• Maintain new tools and processes for CX Teams.
• Act as a link between Customer Experience teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in CX Ops team culture and share best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS.
• Advanced use of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g. Wrike).
• Ability to manage complex internal projects.
• Experience in supporting M&A activities in a SaaS environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for developing performance metrics and dashboards.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI is a plus.
