Overview

Grand Canyon University is seeking an innovative faculty member to coordinate fieldwork education for their new Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. The Academic Fieldwork Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the fieldwork components of the program and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

• Full-time position with hybrid remote and on-campus responsibilities.
• Coordinate fieldwork education for the OTA program.
• Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and healthcare partners.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

• Conduct in-person visits to clinical sites as needed.

• Positive communication and collaboration with program leadership.
• Teaching responsibilities may vary based on program needs.
• Travel may be required outside of Maricopa County.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical practice experience.
• Experience as a clinical instructor or supervisor.
• Active OT or OTA license.
