Overview

As a Senior Growth Product Manager at Superhuman, you will drive sustainable and scalable growth across our customer lifecycle — from acquisition and activation to retention and expansion.

In Short

  • Own the end-to-end PLG growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities based on data, user insights, and market trends.
  • Drive fast-paced experimentation to optimize conversion funnels and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, PMM, and customer-facing teams to build and iterate on high-performing growth loops.
  • Lead growth pods to execute roadmap initiatives with clear ownership over experiment planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Influence go-to-market strategy, pricing & packaging, and product-led sales efforts through customer insights and experimentation.
  • Define and track key growth metrics, including activation rates, retention cohorts, LTV/CAC, and expansion revenue.
  • Use data to surface bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and refine the roadmap to maximize business impact.
  • Build feedback loops between product and go-to-market teams to continually improve user onboarding and engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or a product-led environment.
  • Proven track record in PLG or self-serve models.
  • Ability to connect market insight to PLG roadmap and prioritize high-impact bets.
  • Design statistically sound A/B tests and learn from fast iterations.
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency.
  • Cross-functional leadership with ability to rally teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and customer empathy.
  • Growth mindset and interest in AI.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on market standards.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Collaborate with a talented team at the forefront of technology.
  • Flexible work environment, including remote options.
  • Encouragement of personal and professional growth.
