Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in growth-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of client behavior and retention strategies.
• Experience launching and scaling key product initiatives with measurable results.
• Ability to identify large-scale growth opportunities and prioritize effectively.
• Proven ability to proactively resolve cross-team challenges.
• Experience leading and mentoring other PMs, analysts, engineers, and designers.
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of product metrics and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with market analysis, UX optimization, and marketing strategies.
• Technical fluency – able to constructively engage with engineering teams on implementation.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
