Senior Analyst, Gap Stores Finance - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to independently manage Gap Brand Store Payroll, collaborating with various teams to drive results and support strategic growth.

In Short

• Manage store payroll and related expenses for Gap North America.
• Develop and communicate labor forecasts to store leadership.
• Engage with cross-functional partners to develop labor plans.
• Support the development of the annual budget for store labor.
• Identify drivers of OPEX variability and recommend improvements.
• Provide analytical support for managing store OPEX.
• Utilize advanced Excel and modeling skills.
• Experience in retail industry and store payroll preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience in store payroll/retail industry preferred.
• Able to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of Oracle financial systems and Essbase/Hyperion is a plus.
