  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a call center or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is preferred.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional customer service training or certifications are a plus.
