Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) - Remote

Overview

We are hiring licensed therapists for a fully remote position offering a structured virtual care model. Our platform allows therapists to deliver quality care through video sessions, while we take care of the administrative work.

In Short

• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Lead virtual therapy sessions using research-backed methods.
• Support clients dealing with PTSD by offering structured trauma therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ICD-9 requirements.
• Provide family-based counseling to improve communication and relationships.
• Work hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Pay range: $90,000 – $100,000.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Experience in telehealth preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
