• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Conduct thorough client assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy using proven techniques.
• Offer guidance and support for clients managing PTSD.
• Coordinate care by referring clients to additional resources.
• Keep clear and accurate records in line with ICD-9 standards.
• Work closely with a team of professionals.
• Help families strengthen their relationships through counseling sessions.

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• Experience in virtual counseling.
• Knowledge of CBT and ABA techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
