Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Maryland.

In Short

• Provide virtual counseling and psychotherapy services to clients
• Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment plans
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation for each client encounter
• Support clients with a wide range of mental health and emotional concerns
• Review treatment progress and adjust care plans when appropriate

• Identify clinical risks and respond appropriately within scope and protocol
• Build professional, effective therapeutic relationships in a remote setting

Requirements

• Must be a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT)
• Experience in providing therapy services
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with technology for telehealth services
• Knowledge of mental health issues and treatment
• Ability to manage a regular caseload
