Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services in a remote setting.

In Short

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in Massachusetts
• Assess client needs, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goals
• Develop treatment plans based on each client’s clinical presentation
• Use appropriate therapeutic methods to support client progress
• Maintain accurate records in an electronic health system
• Full-time telehealth role
• Consistent weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Work with clients dealing with stress, mood concerns, trauma, grief, and relationship issues
• Document client progress clearly
• Support clients in developing realistic strategies

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experience in providing therapy services
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in using electronic health record systems
