Overview

We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver virtual mental health services to clients in Delaware.

In Short

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Complete intake assessments and review clinical history
• Create treatment plans that align with client needs and goals
• Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Track client progress and adjust interventions when appropriate
• Complete clinical notes and required documentation on time
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional practice standards

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification
• Experience in providing therapy and mental health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Knowledge of telehealth practices
