Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a growing telehealth team serving clients across Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide therapy, evaluate client needs, support treatment goals, and help individuals make progress through consistent virtual care.

In Short

• Provide remote therapy services through scheduled video sessions
• Assess emotional, behavioral, and social needs of clients
• Build treatment plans that reflect clinical findings and client goals
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for every encounter
• Review client progress and make treatment updates as needed
• Offer clinical support for a range of behavioral health concerns
• Follow risk assessment and crisis intervention procedures

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience in telehealth preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Familiarity with documentation and treatment planning
