We’re expanding our team and seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) based in California who thrives in a remote setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care.

In Short

• Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, or families
• Perform psychological assessments and evaluations as applicable
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with peers in clinical consultation or optional team huddles
• Option to supervise pre-licensed therapists or facilitate group therapy (if desired)
• Serve a diverse, often underserved population using a culturally competent lens

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Experience in trauma, health psychology, neuropsych, psychodiagnostics, or general practice
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote setting
