Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Overview

We’re hiring experienced, independently licensed therapists in Florida for a full-time, remote opportunity. This position is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on high-quality care in a structured, daytime-only schedule — without the burden of admin work.

In Short

• Full-time remote position for licensed therapists
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Focus on high-quality care without admin work
• Deliver CBT-based therapy via a secure telehealth platform
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation in a streamlined EMR
• Participate in case consultations and ongoing clinical development
• No evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities
• Compensation: $100,000–$110,000

Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Florida (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
• Experience in delivering CBT-based therapy
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to work in a remote setting
