The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle recruiting process to meet the organization's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience with social media recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in a multi-site organization preferred.
