In Short

• Position is Remote, Monday - Friday
• Lead the cloud infrastructure strategy focusing on scalable, secure AWS architectures
• Mentor a high-performing DevOps team
• Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery
• Partner with security and engineering teams for strong DevSecOps practices
• Monitor and improve AWS resource utilization
• Lead deployment of observability tools like DataDog and New Relic
• Drive long-term infrastructure vision and roadmap
• Champion a DevOps culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of DevOps / infrastructure engineering experience
• Proven experience managing AWS cloud environments at scale
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools
• Deep experience with monitoring frameworks
• Solid background in containerization and orchestration
• Strong scripting abilities and automation mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Professional certifications in AWS or DevOps are a plus
