Overview

The Thailand Country Coordinator is responsible for leading the delivery of Good Return’s country strategy by implementing and managing projects under its core programs, including Financial Empowerment and Inclusive Finance.

In Short

Lead implementation of Financial Empowerment and Inclusive Finance projects.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Develop annual work plans for project delivery.
Supervise in-country staff as needed.
Conduct scoping visits to identify project opportunities.
Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Develop a 3-year country strategy aligned with Good Return’s goals.
Collaborate with teams for effective program delivery.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge base.

Requirements

Fluent in Thai and English.
Experience in program management within development sectors.
Strong understanding of Financial Empowerment concepts.
Experience in training and workshop facilitation.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage budgets effectively.
Commitment to gender equality and cultural diversity.
Willingness to travel within Thailand and other countries.
