Financial Operations Specialist (Crypto Controller) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a financial operations specialist with crypto experience to own daily processes, reconciliations, and reporting across crypto and fiat flows.

In Short

• Conduct daily operations within the Fireblocks platform.
• Monitor and verify crypto wallet balances for accuracy.
• Perform regular reconciliations of deposits and withdrawals across all wallets.
• Consolidate crypto and fiat assets from multiple accounts and report consolidated positions.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
• Process refunds and manage returns in compliance with internal controls.
• Record all crypto movements and related financial operations in the accounting system.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing transactions are correctly documented and aligned with internal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
• Prepare reports for management related to cash and crypto positions, client balances, and movement summaries.
