The Idea Creator Leader POD is responsible for managing and leading the Idea team, collaborating closely with related departments to bring POD products to market efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in POD and Dropshipping via Facebook Ads.
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in product research tools like Google, Pinterest, Etsy.
• Systematic and result-oriented work approach.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• English proficiency: IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.
