• 6+ years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in automobile negligence or premises liability.
• Experience with depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and good judgment.
• Ability to manage a large caseload.
• Desire for professional growth in the legal field.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience with time billing.
