As a Senior Solutions Architect at GoFundMe, you will be instrumental in designing and validating scalable solutions for nonprofit customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• 4+ years as a certified Salesforce administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ReST APIs and middleware.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Able to solve complex technical problems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in payment processing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising industry is a plus.
