Power BI Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Power BI Developer based in Latin America, available to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, embracing changes while maintaining strong attention to detail.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end migration of Tableau workbooks and dashboards to Power BI.
• Build and optimize Power BI semantic models for enterprise-scale reporting.
• Develop DAX measures equivalent to Tableau calculations.
• Design and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards focused on performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and ETL developers.
• Conduct training for business users transitioning from Tableau to Power BI.
• Document migration decisions and DAX logic.
• Advise clients on Power BI governance and best practices.
• Support ongoing Power BI development and enhancements.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in DAX and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Consulting or professional services experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and SQL proficiency.
