Java Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Java Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Maintain documentation for developed software.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with Java development.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

• The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
