GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service platform that connects developers and designers from LatAm with top companies globally. We are seeking a Growth Product Manager who can work remotely and has strong communication and relationship-building skills.

In Short

• Own the growth model and metrics.
• Run acquisition for the initial user cohort.
• Design and execute user lifecycle strategies.
• Manage experimentation and A/B testing.
• Scale operations into lab pods over time.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in growth or product growth.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with product/engineering.
• Excellent copy and messaging skills.
• Experience with CRM and lifecycle setups.
• Fluent in English.
• Nice to have: community-driven experience, familiarity with academic workflows, experience with AI products.
