Front-End Engineer - React Component Library - Remote

Overview

This position is for the UXCore team, where you’ll be helping grow the React component library for the design system used to build customer experiences for all of GoDaddy-owned brands.

In Short

• The position is focused towards creating/maintaining/supporting the react component library that delivers the design system.
• You will be responsible for composing flexible components that are accessible and thoroughly tested.
• Your expertise will help provide support/guidance to all teams who consume the component library.
• When you’re not actively working on components, you will be asked to help develop tooling around our systems (build/delivery/automation/etc).

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant full-time software engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
• Developing React components or component libraries.
• Experience using a distributed version control system, like GIT.
• Testing react components, unit, and e2e.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for teaching and assisting others in learning.
• A continuous learning mindset with a strong sense of creativity.
